NEW INTERESTING BOOK
Lately i'm reading a new book borrowed from my college library.... it keeps me reading till late 4 sumthing in the morning..hihihi...the book is called 'HEROZ' by William C.Bytham and Jeff Cox.
this book is mainly about Zapp! The Lightning of Empowerment. teaching u how to empower yourself, your coworkers and your company..here goes the summary, 'In HeroZ, you'll actually have fun learning how to survive and even thrive in today's work world. what so interesting about the book is that it talks about knights (customers) and dragons, kings (boss) and dukes (managers), boss (supervisor) and workers (me) and also a big dull castle (dull working place).. hehehe...dun understands kar..nvm...mail me..i'll explain to u
