HEART BROKEN

Lately I got a friend who just broke up with her bf. Actually it's not lately lor.. it's been about 2 to 3 weeks liao.. these few weeks she's been calling me and i have to comfort her and give her some advice... sometimes i was thinking... I never been into a relationship before but how come people seems to come to me for help on this kind of issues.... she's first love so she hurts very badly and i remember she told me that it felt like you have lost the other half of you. At that moment i can't say I know how you feel coz i never experience before (yet). so i said, ' maybe i don't understand how u feel but youo must get over it..'
sometimes i feel that she's been very stuborn about the relationship and can't let go of that guy.. but today i just received her call again and she told me she can get rid of him already... she also said that she's angry with that guy cause he's been very mean to her all the while. I hope she meant what she said cause i don't want to receive her call again and said she can't forget that guy. maybe she's too in love with that guy...
come to think of it... how would i be when my first love break up with me? i'm sure don't want to be like her... i'm feeling a little afraid of starting a relationship.. too bad now i don't have any... Hope mine will last longer. hers is about 1 year plus.... anyone care to share your first love and tips on how to get over with the first break ups?
