PRIDE....

Last Sunday, I went to church and the pastor is talking about pride... ohh... u ppl must be turning away or going to close this page after reading the first line.. but i'm gonna continue anyway...hmm...

He mentioned that everyone got pride inside them... oh.. u think u don't have it? well, have u ever thought or feel that someone u know is so proud and that u don't like it so much? If u felt that be4, means u are a proud person too.. lol... i gave a sheepish smile after hearing the pastor said that... well, the pastor looked at me and chuckle at the same time.. (erm, i think he is looking at me guar.. coz there're only like 10 ppl there)

He said, even u have 0.01 % of pride in u also means that u are a proud person... and pride can destroy u alot... well... i cut the story short ler... dun want u ppl think that i'm repeating a sermon... he said.. .pride is the foundation of sin... it is very secret that you can't see it in u... it can only be revealed to u.. (means others can see it in u but u can't see it ur pride). Pride can mix with other sin and turns out ugly.

He also mentioned that :

one cannot encourage and at the same time envied or jealous.
one cannot care and at the same time despise
one cannot love and at the same time deceive (i think i use the wrong word..but it's something like that..can't remember exactly)

why am i saying this things.. coz i agree with him...and i've been thru those 3 things..haiz... and i learn sumthing out of it. i should loose out my pride. i'm not sure how much i got.. but sometimes i do feel it inside me... haiz... and it's not a good feeling.... coz i dun want to be a proud person.. T_T.. i'll try my best... let me know if i am one... haiz...
