LOST MY VOICE FOR GOD ^o^

Last week i caught flu (not bird flu) and then it affected my throat. The soar throat became serious and it happens that this coming Sunday Service I had to worship lead.

Just today my voice is getting better and i had the worship practice with a new gang of musicians, Steven (Pianist) and Isaiah (Guitarist). During the practice i just found out that i picked most of the songs in a very high key.. i still manage to pull through the first 6 songs. and then the last song.. when Steven plays, i was like OMG.. i can't reach that high pitch.

I ask him whether can lower the key and he said that the congregation might not be able to sing it.. and i try to sing the high key again and i go off key.. lol so embarrassing and funny.. well i told him i can't.

And he tried to adjust the key but then he ask me to sing in a lower voice.. and i did.. finaly i manage to sing the song (still using the original high key).. uhhh...

after finish singing the song i told him,'' You nearly killed me just now" and he smiles .. hahaha...

now really my voice almost gone.. i just pray that my voice will get better b4 this sunday.. i'll remain silent and don't use my voice so much these few days.. i'm just afraid that i might not be able to sing this Sunday.. Oh GOD HELP ME....

next time i'll remember not to sing "Spirit Touch Your Church" in 'G' Key. lol such a high kEYeeee
