Easter week, it's a memorable week to be. many ppl might not even know the true reason behind the celebration of Easter. On Tuesday, we had an evangelistic cell dinner at second floor in church. The title was unleavened bread so we had capati?? i think so... haha... i ate a lot and drank a lot... SO FULL.... well not only eating. I start of with an icebreaker asking everyone to share either some funny experience or what they would like to do if they were given a chance... I just share one of the funny one, well there was a guy who took his dad's car keys and wanted to drive the car at his age of ten... of course ended up, his friends helping him to steer and move the car by pushing ( he doesn't even know how to steer the wheel that time). It was funny but I find it more shocking than funny...
After dinner we gathered together again as usual and Arthur had a sharing on the Gospel. It was good as he shares that we are like a boat that chained towards TITANIC and we know we are going to our doom... I think he did a great job.
After the evangelistic dinner it's Thursday prayer meeting that changed into a cinema outing. not really outing... we watched "Passion of Christ" in church... We put it up with the LCD and making it looks like the Cinema... Well this is my second time watching it and as usual I cried again but not as bad as the first time. I saw one guy sitting at the front row tearing too.
I was sitting next to a little girl and she kept asking me questions and I have to explain to her. She asked a lot of funny questions but also She asked something like, "Why Jesus didn't run away? Why he let them catch Him? Why He didn't speak up? Why the ppl want to kill Him if He's God? Why he has to die?" - the more she asked me the more I felt that Jesus' love for us is so great... He knows what is going to happen, He has the chance to run away, He has the chance to deny that He's God, yet He chose us. He chose to be put thru all the suffering and slashing and the CROSS. If I were to be put in His shoes, I would run away myself... no man could take all that suffering, it was indeed inhuman.
Easter Sunday, beside tearing down the altar as shared earlier, in church we had a little singing presentation. I was in the presentation as well and I should say that presenting and worship leading is very different thing. I felt a bit nervous in singing cause everyone looking at you and not the screen. Anyway we all pull thru and I hope they all enjoy our singing.
Well, yet another hectic week gone but it was the most wonderful week of the year so far... ;) bye
Praying in Cantonese, Salvation & Tearing down of altar
Well, I went to visit Cathy's mom with another sister, Patricia. Three of us is like close friends now. We went there to pray for the mother actually. I was given the honour to pray in cantonese... since Patricia said that she can't do it in cantonese... neither do I but then by God grace and wisdome the Holy Spirit gave me words to pray. It was a bit weird, cause I was translating the prayer from English to Cantonese... And i got stuck in the middle cause I couldn't translate the word "desperate" in cantonese... haha... and then I ended up asking Cathy's brother how to say it in cantonese... it was a bit embarrassing but I belief God will understand what I want to pray about... the cute thing is that Cathy's mom help me to pray abit too... she said, "Lo chau hui" means take it away. So I repeat after her.
After praying I told her mom that it is important that she should believe that God could help her in her situation cause it's no use if we pray and in her heart she doesn't believe that God will help her... so I told her not to lose hope and we all will be praying for her continuously.
It was amazing, I got to share in cantonese before and now pray in cantonese, God is amazing at giving words in time of needs... doesn't matter if my language sounds funny the important thing is the message is brought thru without misunderstanding... hehe ;)
Praise the Lord, last wednesday if I've not remembered wrongly. It's during the easter week, one of the Chinese Pastor from FGT , Pastor Irene, had gone to Cathy's house to share the gospel in cantonese to the mother and she accepted the Lord! It was really a miracle to Cathy and she's so happy about it. When I received her sms in the office I wish I could jump up and down cause I was so happy for her too... I nearly teared when I saw the sms, guess when ppl are too happy they teared... I manage to hold on to the tears... I don't even feel sleepy anymore after that cause of the good news... God is so Good
Well on Easter Sunday, Pastor Irene and her husband and another brother from FGT help out to tear down the altar in Cathy's house. Representative from KCC is me and Patricia. This was my first experience of tearing down the altar. It seems that Pastor Irene and friends are well equiped and experience... they drove a 4WD to her house to take down the altar. We started of with a prayer of cleansing and then the job started. It was like shifting... we took out all the things that has something to do with offering to idols including the burning incense and the statues, and also some decorations in the house that looks like altars. It was amazing that there were only two men but they are strong men... I just help to throw some rubbish away but it was a good experience... Cathy even boiled a pot of chinese desert for us and it's yummy.
Cathy's Testimony
Well, once week after the crying prayer meeting, I've got a half good news from Cathy after that. She told me that the doctors had been delaying in releasing the report for her mom. They suspect that they might have diagnosed her wrongly earlier. So it should be a mistake that they say it's cancerous. Well, they shouldn't have scared ppl like that... oh man... well at least I rather they made a mistake than her mom really has cancer. They keep on stressing that those doctors (many of them) were just saying that the possibility is there but they didn't confirm it to be cancer... so in a sense they are like trying not to tell Cathy that they mentioned it was cancerous. Hmm... so the professor is still delaying the report and just give some medication for her mom to take. Cathy's going to take her mom to another hospital for checkup and advice
Well isn't it a blessing? When I told the news to Arthur, he gave a great yes with a punch... that was so cute of him... it makes me smile when I remember his actions. I was really happy for Cathy... Thank God... He's a good God!
Prayer Meeting
Can't remember when, I think it's a few weeks back. At prayer meeting I was paired up with Cathy to pray for one another. It was an amazing experience. As I had shared earlier, Cathy's mom was suspected to be diagnosed with cancer and she's been having a hard time taking her mom in and out of the hospital for check up and stuff.
As I was holding her hands, i felt a strong sorrow in my heart... embarassingly, I started crying... oh man.... ;[ I was emotional. It was like I could feel her hurt in her heart... I started sobbing and trying to pray for her at the same time... and I ended up making her cry too... hehe but then I could feel a great release in her heart as I prayed for her cause she prayed a relief prayer after that and she looks a bit cheerful.
The Holy Spirit is amazing that day... once again I felt like a small kid crying but it renews my heart and refreshes me. I dunno the Holy Spirit is refreshing Cathy or refreshing me. Sometimes it's amazing that God help us to feel each others hurt... and to be able to cry with a brother or sister in Christ is really a blessed thing.
Not to forget, my eyes were a bit swolen after the crying... ;p and I went back home and had a good nite sleep... crying help us to sleep well, I guess. ;)
EE Started
Well, after chinese new year I'd been busy with assignments and just find some free time to blog about what I had been doing for the pass 1 1/2 months.
As the title says, EE started and it's time to go out to share the good news to friends and families. Amazingly, I was informed by my pastor saying that I should be back in EE training for training the trainees this year.
Supposedly, the agreement is that I'll be an associate trainer for this year but ended up at the first class I found out that I've been promoted to be a trainer... OMG... Well, it gave me a bit of a shock cause I wasn't so prepared. I'm more nervous for being a trainer than being a trainee... maybe last year my EE partner Steven is good at sharing... haha he do the talking much of the time... but then I'm still confident to share the gospel cause i recite it every nite (last year) ;p
The Fifth lesson has ended before Easter, and many things happen to my group... oh dear... it's really difficult for me cause the devil has been causing a lot of problem to my team... well i believe other teams will have their problems too.
Cathy and Dozie were my trainees. It has been difficult for both of them during the pass EE weeks. We couldn't find prospects and Dozie had a difficult time with his college assignments and lecturer and Cathy is even worst, her mom was suspected to be diagnosed with cancer.
It was difficult for both of them even for me... of course it's discouraging to see my group has a missing member every week... so far my group have not been a complete group that could go out OJT together. Well but I'm bless with going out with other groups and experience doing questionaires and also something funny happen, our prospect was stolen. o.O
I just hope that both of them could cope with the EE assignments and also with memorising the cards... oh God... Help me to help them and help them to help me...
But one thing is for sure... nothing could stop me from completing this year EE... I won't give up on both of them cause I know they are trying their very best as well. ;) God will make a way!

WOW CNY ends!
Well, not really a "WOW" Chinese New Year for me... I don't know is it me or what... i felt that this year CNY is a bit quiet... not much of fire works (except on the 9th day of chinese new year... the fire works started at 11:30 till 1am i think...) i think if i didn't imagine it, I heard there were a house having lion dance down the road... (my house is like on top of the hill)
Well it's been more boring year after year, for me at least, where there are lesser visitations to do... amazingly this is the first year i visited my church friends' house... it was cool... chit chat and and typical visitation activities that is eat-eat-drink-drink... not to forget... some angpows collected...
Hmm... it's really a total disaster for me... this holiday has made me sooooooooooo lazy... slept late and woke up late (though i still sleeps late not only on hols), and i was lying around all day... (sorry God... i shut you off the whole holiday) now that i looked back... i thought i "will" enjoy the holiday with slackiness and thought that i could rest myself from studies, work, assignments and church activities but ended up... i don't really enjoy my holiday... when i was busy with serving God and the things in my life, i will think of going somewhere to slack of... but when i really slack off for the whole week i felt even more tired and lazy and OH where's the passion and burning desire to serve God has gone to!!!
Well after the holiday and i came back to where i should be... my lovely church life. i can feel the fire coming back... but God!!!! help me to stay focus and keep the fire burning! well, somehow this holiday teaches me something... keeping myself occupied, keeps me on track... sometimes some of my church friends said that i've been doing a lot of things... even my pastors are worried that it's too much for me. well sometimes it is... but then i rather be push to the limit then let my fire grow cold... well sometimes the joy of serving is toooooo GREAT that we forget how tired we are... but then Pastor Richard and Louisa is different case... i do really think that they're working like crazy... but then it also encourages me to do more by seeing them sacrificing so much...
talking about sacrificing, I would really appreciate the hard work for these ppl who help out in church a lot... Well, might as well take this opportunity to thank these guys.. i'll start of with Arthur, Jacob, David Chai, Orient, Dozie ... really it's a blessing to see them serving faithfully in many things... well there are those who supported us financially well i would call him "The Generous John"... and that ever "Talkative Keng". Not to forget those sisters that have been supporting us all these time especially they have been encouraging me and listens to my problems... They are Cathy and Patricia... they are truly loving and caring... those things that they thought was little actually means a lot to many of us, well i would say meant alot to me especially.
wops... suppose to be CNY but turns out... haha... pardon me... this is the only time i could write things out of topic. Exams forbid us to do so... (Maybe I should ask God to keep me on track when blogging too... haha just joking... sorry God)
woohoo i'm back
I haven't been blogging for quite some time... didn't know that even blogger also upgraded... they had started using google account to sign in... took me quite some time to figure out my google account password... ended up signing up again... hahaha... hope i remember this time...
Hmm... many things happened but lazy to blog everything here... haha... well just blog some of the things that happened recently.
My pc is failing me again... argggg!!!! especially when it's my assignments due date is near... i'm forced to use my bro's pc now... i don't like his keyboard though... but i have to say his pc is much faster than mine... maybe i stored too many animes in my pc that's why it's so slow... oh talking about animes...
... i've downloaded a new anime. Called "Ghost Hunt" well as the name describe it, it's an anime about ghost hunting... well the first file is not scary cause there's no real ghost appearing but the second file sort of creeps me cause of a doll being possessed by ghost(s)... i have to agree that some dolls are scary especially they "stares" at you emotionless. well I've just found myself a new anime to watch and that's cool... actually i had been watching a few other new animes that i haven't mentioned b4... anyway pc down and can't download anymore... T_T
well i had met with two incident that have something to do with "Motorbike". Well this, erm I mean Friday morning as i was walking to work... i heard a sound of a motorbike approaching behind me... My "Natural" reflex tells me to turn and identify the target and he's indian... well the next thing i do is hold on to my bag and walked towards the housing area (normally walk at the side of the road...) as the motorist approached me... he said, "Ah moi, jangan takut...bukan pencuri" (translate: Little girl, don't be afraid i'm not a snatch thief) Well, I blush a little but smiled to myself after the motorist is far from sight. (Oh man...) He can't blame me... heard too many cases, that it's my natural instinct to act that way... well the 2nd incident: as i continued walking to my office place... i heard a slight "Bam" further down the road.. and i can slightly see that there was a motorist being knock down by a car (WIRA)... well as i approached closer to the scene i saw the motorist already standing up and pulling his motorbike to the road side and the traffic continued to move.... i saw him limping a bit but i'm sure he's okay since there's no blood and he's still standing (breathing)... well i was late so i continued my walk to the office... i think the lady in the WIRA must have freaked out... anyway... i think she didn't really bang on him. what i predicted is that she must have came out from the junction and the motorist got scared by her and fall down on his own... the "bam" sound i heard is more of a sound of a motorbike fallen by it self...
okay that's all for this time... will try to blog more... >.< (i know i ended abit abruptly)

Re-Evaluation... What is this?
Last Friday... hmm... i dunno how to start... okay Every Friday we have IFA (International Financial Accounting) class. We have a lady lecturer who taught us this subject but then it's her first time teaching this subject. We had an evaluation on her last Friday, well we evaluate her badly. most of us gave her average and there are only a few above average and even some below average.
After the evaluation, about half an hour later, the college management (she's incharged of our course) came in with the lecturer. She told us that the lecturer is bold enough to want to know from us, why we evaluate her that badly. She told us most of our classes gave the same evaluation. She also help the lecturer to say some good stuff... She told us that the lect had been spending a lot of time preparing the notes for us... listening for the lecture online on our behalf... and always concern whether we understand the things she taught us...
Well after hearing that I do really pity the lecturer... but then it's not all our fault that we evaluate her that way... There must be at least a reason, right? Well one thing I thought that the management lady shouldn't have done is that she asked us whether we wanted to evaluate the lect again. Of course I'm not keen of that because it's definitely we would have to change it to be a better evaluation. I didn't voice out obviously because 1. The lect is there, 2. I don't want to be a meany. Well we have (no choice i think) to reevalute her... I think the management lady shouldn't have done that... and the lecturer is standing in front of us when we reevaluate her... i think she should at least leave the classroom for a while before we reevaluate her... (during evaluation we normally ask lecturers to leave the room)
Later after class we four of us went down to the management room to discuss of what had happened. So I told her the reasons why I gave her such evaluation. Since the lecturer wants to know that and I do think she has the right to know as well. Reasons:
1. I tried to listen to her lecture but I couldn't pay attention, it's too boring and I couldn't concentrate. The examples that she uses is so old. And she's not been in practice for a long time (she's a member of a few accounting bodies i think). She's not even aware of the latest changes and developments on the subjects.
2. When we are doing the assignments, she gave the information is to answer the question is not really right. We went to consult another two lecturers and they told us another answer that makes more sense compare to our own lecturers.
3. I'm actually a student that learn thru listening and not memorising. The way I behave in her class and other classes is so different. I could raise up questions and also listen to other lectures with full attention compare to her class. (In her class, I started sitting from the few front rows and slowing moving and moving to the back rows)
Another thing that the management voice up is that why we didn't complain about the lecturer much earlier? Reasons:
1. We are merged from 2 batches, we are from the Mar'06 intake which are only about 15-17 of us and the rest of the Jul'06 intake students were about 30-40 of them. We wanted to complain at the early stage but afraid that others might not want to change the lecturer. cause we don't know them that well so we didn't ask them whether they are okay with the lecturer and we observed them and they seems like listening to the lecture. so we don't want to affect the whole class just because of us thinking that the lecturer is not good. We really didn't expect the WHOLE class actually thinking the same thing. Haiz
2. Actually the lecturer we can see that she's not that bad. She's caring and stuff and we know that she tries her best to concern about us... so we also don't feel like want to complain about her. But evaluation is still evaluation... we should evaluate accordingly rite.
Haiz... so we ended bad and I just hope that the lecturer will not hold grudges against us and i hope she will get over it quickly... I hope we don't hurt her that much. Obviously we wouldn't want her to get into trouble because of our evaluation.
Emm... i guess enough about that... haha...ciao
I'm back for more blogging... bla bla bla ;p
Howdy? It's been so long i've stopped blogging. Once I'll blog, I'll go non-stop. Hm... A lot of things happened... what to start with... maybe about my guitar classes... Finally my classes ended... oh!!! How i miss those guys. My sifu (guitar teacher) and the classmates or "ex-classmates".
Class ended but the guitar playing is still on... I'm still playing for cell and last Sunday I just played in the Children Church... Well it's a bit difficult cause I have to sing and play and control the kids at the same time... haha... not too good at multitasking at the moment...
Seems to me that November David is going away for hols. And that period we'll be out of guitarist for Sunday Service... I have a feeling that Pastor Richard is going to ask me to play... I'm not ready yet... I'm still not up to the standard to play in service... Oh God help me... I hope he'll find someone else. haha ;p Somehow I felt I still have to continue practicing my guitar skills to get better...
Camp is coming up and it's like not much things done yet... People are still waiting to sign up... ish... I'm still having get the song for Church Camp... Hmm... We are going to introduce a new song for Camp... So it's going to be something special... Hehehe... But I'm doing it... Aiks...
Talking about camp, I have a testimony to share though. The church camp is on the 3rd to 5th December and my exam period starts on 4th to 12th December... So I have been very worried that my subjects might fall on the same day as the Church Camp. I've prayed about it and make a deal with God saying that if I put my faith in Him by paying the money and signing up first then He will do His part and not let my papers to fall on the camp days. I've been hesitating to submit the form wishing to know the right date first for my exams. Well, I've waited and waited, somehow there's some problem delaying the dates to be released. So I finally registered and pay the deposits... One week after I've registered for the camp, I've got the news and my papers are not on the Camp date... Hallelujay and praise the Lord!!! I'm really so happy that I kept smiling away. My college friends asked me why am I smiling like a silly... haha... I'm really thanking God that He's a God that answers prayer... God! You're the best!

My Guitar String Broke T_T
Saturday right after 365 (FGT's Youth), when i went back to collect my guitar one of the string has broken... T_T sad... so sad... but then it's about time it's going to break... coz it's very rusty already... haiz... but i didn't expect it to break at my busiest week... i have assignment to rush before tuesday and then tuesday nite we have a cell dinner at one of our cell members house. then Pastor Pala hope that i could give him the church accounts by next week (i'm supposed to audit it)... ahhh... then thursday will be my first guitar practice for sunday service (Pastor Richard can really surprise ppl sometimes... not so fast Rich... ahhh)... well then this coming saturday my church camp community (4 of us) will be going to bukit tinggi to check out the camp site... T_T... after the visit to the camp site i'll rush to guitar class and then go straight to richard's place for the bbq and then i think sunday i'll sleep until late noon... T_T
Thank God my mom promised to take me to the guitar shop on monday after i'm back from work, to get the strings. hmm i think i can get a guitar strap as well... so i can carry it easily... well my bro has brought me 2 guitar picks... ;) so nice of him... i guess he knows i'm serious about learning guitar... thank God he didn't scold me when i told him i broke his guitar string... ;p well i didn't broke it... it broke by itself... hahaha....
well the funny thing is that David, the guitarist who helped me to play for sunday service (i'm worship leading), he broke HIS string during the practice RIGHT before the service starts... and i was like AHHHHHHHHHHH..... OMG OMG OMG... it's Sunday... i doubted that any shop will be opened... haiz... but then thank God he's very good at guitar... he said he can manage to play without one string... he's really very good... i didn't know actually we can play guitar without a string... i think he might have did something about the chords i guess, i saw him doing some baring (bar is emm... something very difficult to do, you have to press all the 6 strings with one finger)... well at least i can't play like him the way he could... hmm...
*YAWN* I'm sleepy already, tomorrow is a long day... coz have to work, get the guitar strings (i'm going to bless david with a new set of guitar string as well) and rush my assignments... i wanted to skip work but then i think i won't do my assignment in the afternoon anyway... so i guess might as well work... hahaha...okie dokie... blog summore next time. Jasmine, your signature color is Pink Chiffon
Jasmine, your signature color is Pink Chiffon
There's nothing saccharine about you — your sweetness is one hundred percent natural! A gentle, thoughtful romantic like you must be paired with a color that's soft and warm — but still has a subtle sophisticated sheen. That's why Pink Chiffon is the perfect color for you! You're probably known for making the most of every situation and trying to see the best in people. But while you may be cheerful and innocent at times, you're nobody's fool. You may see the world through rose-colored glasses, but you can still see, after all. While you make wise insights time after time, it's probably your good nature and perpetual optimism that are what you're known for and what make you a joy to be around. Even those who sometimes make fun of your Pollyanna-like proclamations will turn to you when they need a friend and some cheering up. So keep pink, Chiffon. With you around, the world's a better place!

Am I so bad?
Hey, I've got a few calls from this guy I met in internet before... he got my number... well such a long story to explain... so if you are interested, check back the past post in the blogs... i should have mentioned him before...
Anyway i'm so afraid when he calls... and these few days he has been calling me a few times... and i didn't answer his calls... ;p
I was wondering how come he calls me so often... normally during big occasions only he will call... then just now i was checking the calender and find out that his birthday is near... it's on the 10th of August.... haiz... no wonder he calls me so often... should i just answer the call and just entertain him... or should i just ignore the call... hmm... the one thing i'm afraid of is that he'll call my house .... hahaha... if he did... then i could not escape liao...
Hope he won't do that anyway... i'm bad or not? ;p

World War III ... sad
It has not happened for some time in my house... My bro and sis fought tonite... haiz... and it's so sad... firstly they are noisy, secondly they quarrel over a small thing, thirdly I can't do anything to stop it (not anyone can do anything to stop it, except GOD).
When they started to fight, it's dangerous to even to walk passed them... so the safest thing to do is... not to stay in sight where they could see you or you will get involved in it...
I would holding not to go to the toilet while they are fighting... and when my sis went away (but they are still fighting) from the area, I quickly get out of my room and relief myself... when I came out... just in time to bump into my bro and nearly got scolded... being smart I quickly replied nicely and speed off...
I just hate it when family members fight... some people might think it's normal... this one is not normal... just hope they are well... haiz...

I just hate it when family members fight... some people might think it's normal... this one is not normal... just hope they are well... haiz...

The First Play for Prayer Meeting
Got a call from Richard last week before prayer meeting... and he said ask me to play guitar for prayer meeting... the first reaction... Nonono NOnonono... hahaha... you know... it's so difficult to turn Pastor down... or God made pastors to have something in them that whenever they ask ppl to do something ... somehow they couldn't escape (or is it just me who got the curse) ... hahaha... well but it always turns out okay... THANK GOD!!!!
hahaha... I just played two simple songs... and borrowed Samuel's guitar pick(FGT)... It helps the guitar to be louder... I guess it's time i should get one soon... and a belt for my guitar as well...
I played two style in the songs... make it more different... thanks to my teacher, William... i manage to pull thru and Richard told me the key for one of the song that i played is too low for him... well that's the key i know ... hahaha... so sorry... i'm just familiar with C and G key... and just simple strumming style... I would like to practice more in my plucking skills... it was so nice when i heard William and David Choi pluck the guitar... it's so ...what's the word should i use... hipnotising? hahaha... no lar joking only... it's so soothing when they do some plucking style for slow songs...
I really hope Richard won't ask me to play for Prayer meeting so often... cause I will have no time to breathe... so many things to do... i hope to tell Richard to stop stop stop... i'm going to faint already... hahaha... but i never did... why huh? I guess maybe I can see he has a very passionate heart in helping the church to grow... he never stop... i guess i should give as much support as i could... eh... gone out of topic again... kay kay... stop here then... cya...
Children giving me a hard time
Children are cute and adorable... They are innocent and speak what's in their heart... I love kids but not kids that are naughty... Well most of them will have their notty time... and that's when I have to endure... especially during children church. Last Sunday was a torture... Those screaming, shouting, scolding(they scold me..o.O), fighting... nearly give me nightmares... Well, sometimes I just wonder where did those kids get so MUCH energy from... haiz... i guess it's me, I'm old lady already... even when I just try to reason with them, I also need to struggle... especially Joshua... THAT kid... last week he made me so upset...
He's misbehaving SO badly... shouting, screaming, crying, hitting (me and other kids o.O) ... Well, if he's my kid i would have given him some spanking ages ago... my goodness... okay I hope Richard and Louisa(Joshua's parents) will not read this... hahaha... haiyo... sometimes he's good sometimes he's not... just like the weather... but he's like an alarm clock as well... everytime during the teaching or art work session... he will always wanted to go out. It's like he has set his timer... okay it's time to go out... i have to stop him of course . I know what he wants but i will ask... He always say, "I want mommy..." okay... and normally my answer will be, "No you can't have mommy now... you have to wait..." okay... the next thing... he will be... crying... screaming... until i have to carry him and make him to focus on other things... take him to see something... or try to attract him with some other things...
I'm still trying hard to teach Joshua to share with other kids... and then Benjamin always loves to play Joshua's toys... and Joshua always refused to share... Ben is cute... he will always says... "It's not fair, It's not fair... Joshua must share..." ('',) hmm... Then Ben will be sad and sulky cause Joshua refuse to let Ben plays his toys... children children... (shaking my head)
I just hope next time when i'm teaching, they will behave better... most importantly ... MUST listen to me... and MUST behave themselves... May God help me with my patience with those kids... well it's really a training for me... by the time i have my own kids... i'll make sure they'll be disciplined well.. hahaha... ;p (Rotan time!!! hahaha...This mommy is so scary... ;p)
I have to admit... looking after and teaching those kids really takes a lot of energy and patience... and also train your arm's strength (thru carrying those big babies) ... hahaha... everytime i carry Joshua... I will say, "Joshua you are so heavy... you're a heavy boy... Are you a heavy boy?" The first few times he will smile and says no... but last week he didn't say anything but he nodded his head... hehehe... children can be cute and monstrous at times... even adults also the same... hahaha...
Fasting Season and busy with many things
Well NECF 40 days prayer fasting for Malaysia has started at 22 July 2006... Well this year I finally made up my mind to take up the challenge... it's really difficult for the first few days when i fasted... but now i guess it's not that difficult anymore... i'm skipping 1 meal for fasting... most of the time would be my lunch... cause that's the only time when i'll spend money... cause at nite if i don't eat what my mom cooks, she will be nagging non-stop... so i can't fast dinner...
i seldom had breakfast so it will not consider fasting to me... but occasionally i'll fast breakfast... it would be on tuesday and friday... cause that's when i had classes... i'll try to skip a meal a day... so far so good... phew... still have 30 days remaining... 10 days have passed by just like a blink of an eye.
This few months will be very busy again... i can't remember whether i mentioned earlier in my blog. 2 of my colleagues are on leave... so i'm like doing 3 ppl's work... and this two weeks i'll have to hand in my TAT (Tutor Assessed Task). It's something like a mini assignment... no marks added to my exam or assignment... but it's a requirement... so have to pass it up... so will be a bit busy with that... summore Richard told me that we're gonna do visitation and EE now... so i guess it'll be fun and great and the only problem is to get prospect and i have to revise a bit... haha... this time Richard is assigning me with another cell member (hasn't joined EE yet)... to go out alone... without a trainer... this reminds me of the good old days with Meng Yoe(me trainer) and Steven (team partner) ... It'll be something new and I hope this cell member could be my trainee next year... if it's God's willing...
Well, sometimes I just wonder how do I cope with all these... mom is nagging me again... to do some house chores... ;p well i said i'm busy... i have a lot of things to do... she said,"You are just busy with ur church work." I can't help it but laugh... I'll try to help her as much as I could... normally on Saturday... Well I just hope that Richard could build up other members in church and help out with the workload... If it's not by God's strength I dunno how could i manage all the things in church... I love to serve but for now i just hope that i could quickly finish my degree and focus more in serving... also by God's grace, may he provide me a permanent job right after my studies ... preferably a 5 days job... Christian boss, flexible where it won't clash with my church activities... good pay that could help to support my family hmm... well... so far that's all I hope for... God pleaaase answer my prayer... That would be next year Jul'07 that I will get an answer from You, Lord... Sometimes I just wonder whether this is what He plans for me... but I have to keep on asking Him for an answer... God is Good all the time and all the time God is good.

The trip to Malacca
I'm back from Malacca and it's really tiring... I've been walking non-stop... we arrived at Malacca on Saturday morning and we went to zoo, butterfly farm, the bee exhibition and then go to check in the apartment in Makotha.
At nite we went to the Jonker walk and had dinner there... we had the famour abc "8 pou ping" and the nyonya asam laksa and baba curry laksa.. i dunno why they called it that but it tasted great... the Jonker walk is sumthing like the pasar malam we had here. There are food and souveniours to buy... but one thing that they don't have is pirated vcds... hahaha... amazing and i'm impressed... oh ya... they have a special place where u can pay RM2 to sing on stage... erm... they only offer those chinese oldies... i think for senior ppl like our grannies and grandpas...
Oh... and the famous tricycles and they are all decorated beautifully for tourist to take photos... i think you will have to pay to take photos with the tricycle... i didn't bother to ask so i'm not so sure...
well, one thing is that i learn if we want to take photo with anything (except buildings), we have to pay for it... especially animals in Malacca... so on Sat night we all went for a horror movie... "Recycle"... it was okay... not too scary... but i was scared at one part... not by the show but by my friend's sis... she was sitting on my left and suddenly when the ghost appeared, she jumped at me and hold my hands so tightly i was startled by her... and i screamed... and i scared the friend sitting next to me on the right and she screamed also. After that she can't stop laughing at me... ;p well... i think in the cinema... only our group is the noisiest... the others just keep quiet and it's pretty embarrassing... but then the show is quite nice i think cause the ending is unexpected also.
Sunday, we went to the Crocodile park before we went to A Famosa. The park is lousy... my advise is don't go there... the crocodile is lazy and sleeping all the time... my friends have to throw some leaves or small sticks to trigger them but they never move even a milimetre. In A Famosa, we spend some time there lepaking and we had watch some old cars practice drifting... some of them are good and some of them are very funny... well, we stand at the hot sun to look at it...sweating like mad...
at nite we went to the cowboy town and it cost us RM35... o.O that's a lot... but then we watched the musical parade, the red indian show and most importantly, we saw fire works... it's beautiful... the last fire works is amazing and they called it the "meteor rain" ... it was a very memorable scene indeed... there are also other games there... such as archery, bumper cars and stuff... just like a mini funfair.
We also watched the 4D at the cowboy town... it's something new there... and it was pretty interesting... the show is haunted house... the chairs move and then there are some air blown on our face... most unexpected part is that there was a scene where there's some water sprayed at us... and it really did... we were all screaming... not because we're scared.. because of the water... luckily sprayed on our neck not on our face...oh ya... there was a part that hurt my back... suddenly something poked our back... it's from the chair... we scream, again, not because we're scared but because it hurts... hahaha... it was fun ... i enjoy the ride but then RM15 for 10+15 minutes are a bit too costly i guess... i think the 'Polar Express' i watched in Times Square is more worthy cause i'm in the cinema for about 2 hours at least (for RM20)
Well, Monday we went to A FAmosa the safari... i've been there once before with my colleague. and i should say that last time the shows are better compare to this time. maybe because it's off peak and it's not a holiday so they didn't put much effort in the show... well at least this time i manage to catch the bird show and it's entertaining as well... one thing that is interesting is that during the elephant show... i sat at the front row.. and the elephant trunk scared me... they came around the audience to get food... RM2 for 3 sticks of sugar cane... the elephants are greedy... 4-5 sugar canes in their mouth also they want to continue taking from us...
that's all about the Malacca trip.. it's tiring because we walked a lot... it's fun to look at so many animals in 3 days... it's scary to get scared by one another in the movie... it's great that I can taste tasty ABC and asam laksa...
What's not great... i miss church... i miss guitar class... i don't have enough sleep and last but not least... i'm broke... ;p
End of my grandma stories.. ;)

Suppose to be holiday... but i'm so stressed
One of my friends asked me to go to Malacca this coming Sat... Haiz... I don't want to go actually cause I'll be missing church and my guitar class... that's the worst thing i want to do... then he beg beg beg... I finally agreed because the guy Friend, Mr.W, wanted me to accompany another good friend, Ms.T. So I said okay lor... always couldn't say no when some one beg me for so long
I thought should be fine and then last nite i got a call from Ms.T saying that her bf is going and Mr.W ask her to drive another car up... cause there will be not enough place to go... in my heart i thought, "Great, Then I can back out and not go to Malacca." So i told her it's okay i don't go then everything settle lar... then i smsed Mr.W to say i'm not going coz i heard that there are not enough space in the car... then he called me and said a lot of things... actually Mr.W dun want Ms.T 's bf to go... cause I'll be alone already if Ms.T with her bf... I said nvm lar... it's fine with me... i told him i agreed to go the first place is because my purpose is to accompany Ms.T, now she has a company then i no need to go lar... he said he doesn't like it... he said if they go without me he will not be happy (btw he's bringing her gf ... but we all know about it at the first place)
Haiz... summore he's paying for the accomodation and he's driving... he is willing to sacrifice all that because of us... cause we are his friends he doesn't mind... but now if want to ask him to pay for Ms.T 's bf whom he never met before and dunno about... he said he's not happy lor... and i can't say anything about that... haiz... suppose to relax and be happy to go to this trip... now Mr.W is mad at Ms.T and Ms.T also a bit mad at him... I thought I'm the one who suppose to be mad but then i'm not even mad... I just wish i don't have to go to Malacca...
I have to go as well cause if i don't go.... Mr.W will not be happy and he booked the rooms. I'll have to go now even though Ms.T going or not going... if not Mr.W will not be happy lor... haiz.. he's just mad that how come Ms.T has bf liao and leave us lor... I told him it's natural like that when they found a partner... he said he's not like that... i dunno what else to say but told him guy and girl different guar... i said nvm lar.... he also said... "I'm fine wan... if they want to be like that then no more friends lor." haiz.. i said nvm lar... dun be like that... i have to pujuk, comfort him back... haiz... headache lar... just hope that this sat in Malacca they will enjoy the trip...
Argg... i wanted to be in church... more than going to this stressful trip... God help me...

After Prayer meeting
Wow Arthur lead prayer meeting tonite... and the message was good... and i was leading worship again... i've not done a good job in the roster... why did i put myself up to worship lead in so many days... anyway tonite the prayer meeting was a small group. There are only 6 of us... hmm... 3 ladies and 3 gentlemen.
Well, it's really a total different experience tonight. We had a simple prayer meeting but then we prayed longer. i mean we end at the normal time 9.30pm but then we spent more time praying.
Well, what i wanted to share actually is that after prayer meeting, Arthur, Jacob, Eric and I went for dinner to break fast... i sort of fasted my dinner... or did i? hahaha... well, we had a fun time fellowship and i don't know why tonite i'm particularly notty... hahaha... i've been teasing Jacob non-stop... issit a meng-yoe-decease or a terence-lourdes-decease... hahaha... i'm normally very nice to people... hahaha... i've just noticed that Jacob likes to bite straw.. and he likes to chew on it too... hahaha... well, not only i'm the one who tease Jacob... Arthur also did...
Arthur said maybe tonite Richard is not here, so i'm behaving very notty... well i'm not sure... we all just laughed so much tonite... we actually took Jacob for durian, since he has never tried before till tonite... he had like 3-4 'biji', hahaha... he's face expression is funny ... i think he's forcing it in... hahaha... he kept saying... it's okay, it's okay... Art told him that don't say it's okay, coz Malaysian style is that when you say it's okay, they will make you eat some more... hahaha...
Oh... we all really had a lot of fun tonight... oh ya... Jacob never had mangosteen before... hmm... well i think at least he will like mangosteen better than durian... ;p okie dokie... cya

Had my cell become my guinea pig
What do I mean by that title... haha... i was worship leading for cell this tuesday and we don't have a musician. So I guess I could try out my guitar skill in cell... guess it's a small group and i can let my cell members become my guinea pig...
Well, I really can't sing and play at the moment... hahaha... but I tried... and I can't really concentrate.... and I played wrong chords.... hahaha i guess no one notice that cause i played too softly i guess... some of them can't really hear it accept me... hahaha... i don't know why i played so softly... maybe i'm afraid the guitar will hurt... hehehe...
Well there goes my first time and it was really fun... hahaha... i guess i still have to work on it... still can't play fast songs yet... my fingers can't change that fast yet. okay that's all for this sharing... ciao...

2 Fast 2 Furious...
Just back from IOI... I was with my friends watching 2 fast 2 furious... it was okay... the scene is in tokyo and there are a lot of girls in mini skirts and nice cars... the racing scenes are really dangerous and cool in a sense... well the drifting part is cool but then I think the main actor and actress is not that good.. the guy, Sean, look like a man and the movie said that he's 18... -_-" there are wrinkles on his face when he smiles neh... haha... the girl neela ... well she's okay i guess... nothing to comment on her...
I saw that one of the japanese guy who only appeared at the beginning of the movie... I hope he will appear more but didn't... haiz... he's starred in lunch queen as the 3rd son (japanese drama).
Well, I guess nothing else to say anymore about this movie... I wanted to watch OMEN but then some of my friends said that it's boring... erm... dunno lar... i won't have time to watch movie also... okie dokie ja ne...!!!

A month of guitar classes
It already a month since I've taken up my guitar classes. It's really painful for my fingers when I started learning how to pluck... after a week of practice it's not painful anymore... Then last week William (guitar teacher) taught us how to strum and the fingers is painful again... haha... the skin on my fingers (left hand) starting to peel off... it's really irritating and i peel the dead skin off... (eeww) it's really cool that only a month and we all learn how to pluck and strum already... but then some of us still need more practice on changing chords...
We just learn the C major chord. Don't know when will we start learning other chords... It's really confusing at the moment... coz i'm not really use to multitasking at the moment... change chords and strum at the same time... I really needed some time to practice... haha... now i'm still so slow.. coz I haven't used to changing chords... I hope I could be able to change chords without looking at my fingers soon... hahaha...
William said he hope that we could have a little presentation by end of July... and we all like ,"Oh Oo.." hahaha... He said we must have faith and I said AMEN... haha... hope we could be ready by then also... so i guess we all have to work harder on our practice... YEEHAA...
I guess by that time my fingers will be like William or Chuck (Charles)... their fingers are all peeling... William joke with us that we should offer our right hand for our boyfriends to hold our hands... and if our boyfriends are going to give us a ring we should give our right hands... if we accidentally give our left hand to him, we might scare him off... haha... luckily I will not have this prob yet... my sis advice me to apply more lotion... hahaha... will it help?
No pain, no gain... sacrifice a bit and I'll gain more... haha... that day my bro was asking me," how come ur guitar book all the songs also christian songs..." and I said because the teacher is christian and i'm learning in church... and he said,' You want to attract guys with christian songs? Learn some popular songs that someone knows lar.' I was like,"Duh... -_-" "
I said I'm not learning guitar to attract guys neh... *bish bish*... dunno i should be lauging or should be mad at him... I told him i want to play in church that's why i take up guitar... but i don't blame him cause he's not christian... and I think it's suppose to be guys play guitar that will attract girls and not the other way round... hmm... i dunno lar... haha... okay... enuf of my bable lor... bye
EE Finished...
Evangelism Explosion finally ended... I had my final written check up on Friday (23 June 06). It was okay... I got 94 out of 100.... some of them got 99... my gosh... and my team mate got 97... that's pretty cool... well, I'm glad that it's finally over but then I will sure miss the time me and my team went out for OJT an stuff... and when come back we'll all be asking other teams about their experience... it's really fun and exciting...
Of course one thing I will be glad is that I won't have to travel to Subang every Friday anymore... well but then I still have to travel to Subang every Saturday now for my guitar classes... I just hope my mom won't be nagging so much for me to travel so much to Subang. I know she doesn't like it but she hasn't stopped me from doing it yet... Thank God...
I'll miss all the ppl there in EE... the teachers, the trainers and trainees... I really achieve more than I lose through EE... I've gained confidence and boldness in sharing with my friends and always looking forward for apportunities to share. I hope all of the other trainees will continue on their sharing even after EE is over and I'll try to do my part as well. For it is really something that we should not be afraid of doing.
EE is the best!!

A lot to share... Firstly... Cell Meeting
This week Tuesday is cell meeting and I'm helding it cause Art is away in Langkawi for hols... I was a bit nervous cause it's the first time I'm handling cell... well I really have to thank Richard for being so nice to worship lead together with David as guitarist... (Hmm.. David is getting better and better though... when can I play like him...)
Well the topic of the teaching is to be in the Body of Christ. Everyone are gifted with special giftings but then every single person is equally important in the Body of Christ. No special person is to be seen more important.
So I start of with an ice breaker... I had written down all their names on antelope and then pass to them a different name to stick on the chest. I start calling a name (cannot be their own name), and the person who has the new name on will have to answer and call another name... My intention of the ice breaker is that to illustrate that sometimes some of us think that other ppl is very good and try to be like other ppl but we couldn't because sometimes we are gifted with gifts that are different. So we should excel in our own giftings instead.
So I start off with the study and that day we had like 12 ppl attending the cell... when we started off our cell I guess we had like 7-8 ppl and later these few weeks we had like average about 10. I'm glad to see the cell is growing... True that this tuesday the cell has some guess coming like, John Senior, Jean (out of expectation), Fong (John's Girlfriend) and John (who has started to join cell for 2 weeks already, Amen).
Thank Goodness, John Senior is really had a lot to share... he has a lot of testimonies to share as well and I dunno how to stop him... Jean said that I did well in helding the cell but I should stop John Senior to talk. She said he talks too much that nite... hahaha... she also said i've been to nice a person... haha... i guess i don't want to be bad to our guess... So the meeting is John Senior do a lot of talking... haha ;p
Well, I had a lot of first time this year and it's all so exciting...
nervous and at the same time excited to do a lot of things for the first time...

Footstool Players ... Runaway Bride
The Footstool Players "Runaway Bride" held by the 365 of FGT is cool. I've just watched it last saturday. I like the 1st, 2nd, and the last scene. The first scene, there was a priest and the bridegroom waiting for the bride... and then later the bride runs into the room clumsily. She was kind of funny... when asked her whether she will accept Him and obey Him... she just refuse some certain things and that is tithing and going for clubs and stuff... The play was cool, it can make you laugh and get serious so suddenly. I still remember the bridegroom ask the bride, "Do you love me?" a few times... and the bride just couldn't answer and walk off because she(church) couldn't submit all to the bridegroom (Jesus)... i mean their expressions are really good.
The second scene (if i've not mistaken) is about a girl taking order at the drivethru and working in McChurch... they had a sign post there with the "M" sign just liek the McD... very funny... it was hilarious in the beginning and also a bit sad at the end lor... hmmm... cause there was a girl who just want to talk and the staff just ask her to take order if not just leave. and the customer drive away being hurt and later met with an accident and the staff just treat nothing happen and continue saying the sentence, "Welcome to McChurch drivethru, may I take your order?"
I love the last scene the most... the last scene is called "Love Story". In the beginning it mentioned that there is a preacher in a church who fallen in love with a prostitude... everyone disagree with their marriage and also ask the preacher to tender his resignation. On their wedding day, though there is no one attending it, they are happy that they have each other.
She thought that everything will work, she even had 2-3 children (couldn't remember the exact number already). Due to lots of critics continuously going on, she herself slowly also believe in their words and felt that she's worthless and nothing. She left the husband and children without saying anything and just left a letter to say that she's sorry and she's not good enough for the family.
The husband went out looking for his wife desperately and one day came to a bar. He saw that there is a crowd in the bar auctioning something or someone. He saw his wife being auctioned. She is all dirty and look as if being used by a lot of men. There are a few of them saying that she only worth like 20 to 30. But then suddenly his husband took out all the money he has in him. He said, "I have 346" and then everyone was thinking that why is he offering so much to a trash like her. He then said, "wait, I have.... (digging thru his pockets) 347.16 " (can't remember the exact amount lar) so the wife was sold back to him.
Later, she refused to follow her husband... but by a few sincere and touching words (Eg: I don't care what happen to you since you left, all i know is that i love you and you are precious to me... sumthing like that), she once again find the hope in the husband's eyes that once she had felt before... aww... it was really touching...
the moral of the story is that, God has given us all He had to save us... and He will never abandon us... though we might seem unworthy or nothing in the eyes of men, but in His eyes we are something precious that He holds dear to His heart...
What can I say?... I was so touch but manage to hold my tears, haha ... the whole play was great... only little crops and they didn't even change any costume but the role they are playing is brought out clearly... sometimes some of them have 2-3 roles to play in a scene and yet u can differentiate that they had change to another character. hope that i'll get another chance to see them perform again in a different topic or sumthing. well they are great. okie dokie adios.

"Bish Bish"
Okay, I said I'll mention something about this word (not really a word), "Bish". I've used this in MSN quite often lately... well, only to certain ppl... haha... hmm... guess what does it meant? hahaha... if you guess rite there will be no price... so no need guess lar... :p
It actually means or the sound like punching... If you watch those kung fu movies, they will have a lot of that sound effect... maybe not sound that much a like... I take it as bish bish... hahaha... sometimes chatting in MSN we need a lot of other things for us to express ourselves better... i love emoticons, sometimes i felt that chatting in MSN is just chatting on the phone... cause you can express urself better nowadays...
Other than that, there are also skype. I used to use it, but now i've stopped since my bro taken back his mic... I wanted to get one back but then lazy and will sure get scolding from my bro when i bought something that doesn't worth the price... He's the boss in the family when comes to pc stuffs... but then i have to thank him coz he has helped me fixed the pc a lot of times... my pc was formatted too many times that i loose count... hahaha... everytime he format my pc, he will ask me, dun download so many softwares... and i said i can't, coz some of the animes, drama is in so many different kind of files... why did human create so many kinds of files... if there are a software that could support all the files that i wouldn't have so many media softwares... -_-"
eh... gone out of topic again... muahaha... okay lar... stop my bable here then... ja ne!
Worldcup season
It's worldcup and I guess it's time when a lot of guys should be sticking their nose at the screen or a lot of guys sitting at the mamak with their teh tarik cheering for their favourite team (if the mamak had a tv or a screen). Last night, that is Friday nite, I was out with friends for a drink and I saw fire works. Is it celebrating Worldcup...? cause i don't know what other occassion going on that they have fire works... Then when i'm back at home, I heard some cheering from the house opposite... should be some team has scored or sumthing.
So just now, when I woke up from my long nice nap, I went down to check on my dad. Yup, he's watching football... It's Sweden and ... and... Tobago or sumthing... forgive me if i got the country's name wrong... i never heard of it before... i spend time watching it with my dad for the first half of the match. It was... yeah... disappointing. I waited for 45 minutes to see them score 0 - 0, haiz... Sweden had 5-6 attempt to goal but they failed... maybe they are too nervous or sumthing? okay I dunno football... (shaking head)
I guess I'll watch when brazil or england is playing. if they don't score, at least their match will be much exciting. hahaha... i remember 4 years back there was a guy from japan team... his hair was like seaweed... hahaha... forgotten his name... i was laughing when i watched him play... okay okay... i guess enough of my critics... :p adios

Finished my exams
Yup, just finished my exam on Monday, and guess what, I went for the Da Vinci Code with my other college friends. Actually I was hoping that they will come up with questions so maybe I could help them to clear the thing out... Believe me, I nearly fall asleep in the movie... hahaha... maybe I'm too tired cause I slept like 1 hour only... (WOW!!) yeah I know...
It was okay i guess. quite an interesting movie that containts lies... hahaha... there are some truth and most lies in the movie... no wonder a lot of people misunderstood...
Amazing thing is that Da Vinci didn't paint the pic right on the spot of what had happened... and the book claims that it's as a fact... duh!!!
aiya... nvm lar.. dun want to talk about this... want to talk about my exam questions... oh dear God... it didn't come out the way i wanted it to be... haiz... and the questions that i spotted some came out... but got panicky and i think i mess the answer a bit... well hopefully the marker will be generous in his marking... Yup... i have been praying praying and praying... never been this scared before... aww... i hope i will not fail the paper... cause i can only resit the paper after i've completed the other subjects...haiz... that will be a waste of time... Lord, help me oh God... I know I didn't put my effort in my studies this time but I hope Lord will forgive me of my slackiness and help me go thru this time... plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
Some joke made by my friend
I can't stop laughing when my friend send me this website... I didn't know how he did it but it's hilarious... there you go and have some laugh
It's amazing though... okay not everything that said in there is true... the music background sounds scary... as if a Godzilla has appeared... hahaha... go ahead and have some fun laughing at me... i know i know...
